From basic research to the birth of our business
Our participation in the European research programme into the development of biodegradable plastics based on algae ( Biopal project, 5th PCRD ) and our expertise in soil-less cultivation led us to run trials growing plants using seaweeds, in collaboration with the CEVA in Pleubian ( 22 )
The results were compelling. Algieplus was created in April 2007 to develop this technology.
